The personnel were kind and supportive, fostering a serene and inviting environment that is not often easy to come by in airports. What truly impressed me was the flight’s punctuality—boarding was swift and effortless, and we departed exactly when scheduled. The SAS lounge at the terminal was a great addition: inviting, offering a nice variety of snacks and beverages, and ample room to unwind prior to the flight. Whether you’re arriving in or departing from Venice, SAS Airlines VCE Terminal provides a smooth, enjoyable beginning (or conclusion) to your journey. Certainly one of the best terminal experiences I’ve encountered in Europe—effective, pleasant, and well-managed. Would take off from here once more without any doubt.
