Hi! I have just flown from Copa Airlines BOS Terminal and the flight was extremely smooth. Check-in at Terminal E was smooth and efficient, with helpful members of staff helping passengers. Security lines were not too long, and announcements were clear to understand. Accommodation for seating near the gate and power points was an added advantage. Boarding was well arranged, and announcements were clear. While there’s no dedicated Copa lounge, amenities in the terminal were decent. Overall, Copa Airlines provided a reliable start to my trip. I’d definitely consider flying with them again from terminal. Solid service and well-managed terminal experience.
